Crativity is my life force. If I don’t create I am dead.
When I write I am content and alive.
Art is a necessity not a luxury.
Music is what connects us all.
I sing to celebrate life. All of it.
In my songs everything is allowed to be spoken.
Everything is ok to be heard.
Every word I write keeps me sane.
Helps me to understand.
Helps me to appreciate the darkest parts of myself and this world.
I am chill, joyful, happy and fun
and also terrified and frustrated sometimes.
So my songs are fun and tell stories of beauty.
But some are also deep and full of sorrow.
I love that.
Nothing is more sacred than that moment when a song comes through.
Not planned, nor anticipated.
A moment of joy in company with your favourite instrument.
And suddenly there it is.
A melody that won’t let go of you until you help it come to live.

Healing parts of you, you didn’t know they existed.
